The Strength & Fat Burning Workout to Try This Summer
Want to amp up your fat burn and blast calories this summer? Give this challenging workout a shot and see if you can pull off 6 - 8 rounds of this intense circuit workout!
Warm Up
Run Forward/Run Backward/Side Shuffle/Side Shuffle/Bear Crawl/Crab Walk.
Go about 10 - 15 yards per exercise.
Repeat 3 times.
Main Set (A)
- 5 Burpees (with or without push ups)
- 20 yard Forward Sprint (Pump your arms)
- 20 yard Side Shuffle (Keep low to the ground)
- 20 yard backward sprint (Pump your arms)
- 20 yard side shuffle (Keep low to the ground)
Take 30 seconds rest, and then do: (B)
- 5 Burpees (w/ or w/o push ups)
- 20 yard Bear Crawl (Quick)
- 20 yard Crab Walk (Quick)
Take 30 seconds rest and then…
Repeat the entire set (both A and B) 6-8 rounds
