Skinny Pineapple Mojito
Skip the sugar and added calories by subbing in fresh pineapple in this tasty summer drink. Use any summer fruit such as watermelon or strawberries.
2 pieces fresh, diced pineapple
3 fresh mint leaves
1.5 oz white rum
½ cup club soda
Crush the pineapple and mint leaves in the bottom of a sturdy glass with a muddler. Squeeze lime in and add rum and club soda. Adjust lime juice to taste and add ice. Cheers!
