Interception - 10 Chair Dips    

Score by "Your Team" - 10 Jumping Jacks    

Score by the "Other Team" - 1 minute slow, calm breathing!

Time Out - Walk in Place

Commercial - Wall Sit (beat your time)  

Time Out During A Commercial - Your Choice of Exercise    

Celebrity Sightings - 5 Jumps      

Half Time  - Dance Party
