Recipe: Holiday Meyer Lemon Cranberry Sauce
- 16 oz. bag of fresh cranberries
- 2 cups water
- 1.5 cups organic granulated sugar
- juice from a meyer lemon
- zest from a meyer lemon
- Place all ingredients in a medium sauce pan over medium to high heat.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and allow to reduce until cranberries pop.
- Remove from heat and transfer into dish and allow to cool.
- Refrigerate overnight and allow to set. Serve cold.
